Each year at our conference, we proudly present the CBN Shine Awards—an opportunity to recognise exceptional individuals, businesses, and partners who set the standard for excellence. These awards honour those who go above and beyond to shape the future of the insurance broking profession.

Industry Partner of the Year

CBN deeply value the role Industry Partners play to enable exceptional client outcomes. This award honours those Industry Partners who have consistently delivered outstanding service and support to Community Broker Network from July 1st, 2025 to June 30th, 2026.

This category welcomes nominations for any Industry Partners, including insurers, underwriting agencies, funders, or support organisations.

Industry Partner Professional of the Year

This award celebrates an Industry Professional who has demonstrated outstanding service, consistently going above and beyond in their role to support Community Broker Network members to deliver quality insurance solutions for their clients between July 1st, 2025 to June 30th, 2026.

This award category is open to staff members from our industry partners listed above (insurer, underwriting agency, funder, or support organisation).

CBN Staff Member of the Year

In 2023, CBN listened and introduced a new award category for our Network to recognise the hard work and dedication of specific CBN Head Office staff who go over and above to support and assist your business.

To help us recognise the deserving award recipient for 2026, please nominate a CBN staff member who you feel has provided exceptional service and support to you and your business in the last 12 months.
